Julie hadn’t studied for 30 years and was initially concerned about starting the Adult Advanced Apprenticeship in Business Administration at Level 3.

However having achieved the whole framework and qualification within 11 months she feels that without help and support at Focus Training this wouldn’t have been possible.

The achievement of the Adult Apprenticeships has now put Julie in a position to apply for jobs with a higher salary and more responsibility.

Julie now feels confident in applying for an Open University course in Business Leadership as she now enjoys the learning as she hasn't for such a long time!

To transfer my knowledge and the work I undertake to physical evidence for the qualification has helped me look beyond the face value of the units.”
